	Birth Family Contact Continuum. Review “Bridging the Gap” handout found in your Resource Guide.
	Choose three things from the list in the article that you would be comfortable doing to make or strengthen your connection with the child's birth family. a) Choose three things from the list in the article that you would find uncomfortable or challenging about your contact with the child's birth family. b) What do you think you would need to be able to do these things?

	Birth Family Contact Situations. Think about the following situations where you might have contact with birth families. Rate your level of concern (low, medium, high) and explain.
