Explosive Children: Introduction to Collaborative Problem-Solving

This workshop is about helping inflexible, easily frustrated children and their parents think and interact more adaptively.  Collaborative Problem-Solving (CPS) is a model presented by Ross W. Greene, PhD in his book, The Explosive Child: A New Approach for Understanding and Parenting Easily Frustrated, Chronically Inflexible Children.  Participants will be introduced to a way of responding to a child’s behaviors that takes away blame and shame and results in fewer meltdowns.
